Shipping

Be Free Apparel ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS).  International orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service unless other means of shipping are discussed and arranged. All International customers are responsible for all fees resulting from their purchase including but not limited to: Duty, GST and other taxes, Brokerage Fees applied by shipping carrier, etc... All International clients must provide a telephone number for customs clearance purposes.

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Some orders, depending on volume, color, and fabric availability may require over 10 business days to process. Be Free Apparel will not be responsible for orders that do not arrive in time for an event. Please consider both lead time as well as shipping transit times when placing your order. Be Free Apparel cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Returns are accepted if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to Be Free Apparel.
 
$1.00 - $49.00 = $7.50 for shipping
$50.00 - $99.00 = $12.50 for shipping
$100.00 or more = $19.50 for shipping
 
Shipping is always free if you pick it up from Be Free Apparel

Returns

Items purchased online direct from Be Free Apparel can be returned by mail or to Be Free Apparel's retail store in West Bloomfield, MI. Exchanges are offered on unworn, unused, and unwashed products ONLY within 14 days of receipt. There are no refunds. Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned and will not be accepted. Be Free Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting any or all of these requirements.

All sale items are final sale.

Please call our store at 248.626.3411 to obtain a Return Authorization number to return the item(s). We enclose a packing slip with every order. Simply circle the item(s) being returned and note the reason for the return. Send the item(s) back to the following address:

Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable.

Be Free Apparel will credit your Be Free Account within 24 hours of receiving your returned item(s). Please insure your package. Be Free Apparel is not responsible for uninsured mailings.
